“L'Albergo Ristorante Irma” è situato in una valle alle pendici del monte
Cimone, a tre chilometri dalla cittadina di Arsiero e a cinquanta chilometri dalla città
di Vicenza.
Il locale si trova in un ambiente ideale per trascorrere un fine settimana o una vacanza
in pieno relax, è adatto quale base di partenza per escursioni a piedi (anche guidate)
sui monti circostanti che furono teatro della grande guerra 1915/1918.
Il sito in cui si trova l'albergo è pure un ottimo punto di riferimento per escursionisti
in mountain bike , per appassionati di ciclismo su strada e per coloro che amano praticare
la pesca alla trota sui torrenti Astico e Posina.
Il ristorante dispone di due sale spaziose, una per 180 coperti e una per 100 coperti,
predisposte anche per esclusivi banchetti conviviali. Il nostro chef propone piatti di
cucina innovativa e tradizionale vicentina, veneta e cucina mediterranea.
Le
sale sono dotate di impianto di diffusione sonora e su richiesta si organizza musica dal

RELAXATION AND GOOD FOOD
"The Irma Hotel Restaurant" is situated in a valley on the slopes of Mount
Cimone, three kilometres from the town of Arsiero and fifty kilometres from the city of
Vicenza. The hotel is located in a perfect position for a relaxing holiday and weekend
break, and is an ideal base for excursions on foot (with a guide, if you prefer) in the
surrounding mountains, which were the theatre of the Great War of 1915/1918. The position
of the hotel is also an excellent location for mountain bikers, offering a wealth of
road-racing excursions, for cycling enthusiasts, and also for keen anglers who can enjoy
the excellent trout fishing in the Rivers Astico and Posina.
The restaurant has two spacious dining rooms, with seating for 180 and
100 diners respectively, also catering for exclusive banquets for large groups. Our chef
proposes innovative dishes as well as the traditional cuisine of the Vicenza area, of the
Veneto region and, of course, the world-renowned Mediterranean cuisine.
The specialty of the restaurant is “gnocchi di patate” (small potato dumplings)
prepared strictly according to tradition with locally grown potatoes, and served with
various dressings according to season. Naturally, our menus include all the local
traditional country-style hors d’oeuvres, home-made pasta prepared according to the
local recipes, barbecued meat, game, trout, the famous Vicenza-style dried-salted cod,
Vicenza “sopressa” - a special salami certified as of designated origin, Vicenza
rice, Asiago cheese, local fruit and vegetables, and home-made cakes and desserts. All
with the worthy accompaniment of the excellent wines of the Vicenza area.

“Das Hotel und Restaurant Irma" liegt in einem Tal an den Hängen des Monte
Cimone, nur drei Kilometer vom Städtchen Arsiero und fünfzig Kilometer von Vicenza
entfernt. Das Lokal liegt in einer idealen Position für ein entspannendes Wochenende oder
einen längeren Urlaub. Es ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (auch mit
Führung) durch die Berge der Umgebung, die auch Schauplatz des großen Kriegs 1915/1918
waren. Ebenso ideal ist die Lage des Hotels als Ausgangspunkt für Mountainbike-Touren,
Fahrradtouren und für Forellenangler an den Flüsschen Astico und Posina.
Das Restaurant verfügt über zwei große Säle: ein Saal mit 180
Gedecken und einer mit 100 Gedecken, in denen auch exklusive Banketts abgehalten werden.
Unser Küchenchef bietet innovative und traditionelle Gerichte aus Vicenza, Venetien und
dem Mittelmeerraum.
Spezialität des Restaurants sind Kartoffelgnocchi, die streng nach
Tradition aus hiesigen Kartoffeln zubereitet und je nach Saison mit verschiedenen Soßen
serviert werden. Unser Menü bietet natürlich auch rustikale, regionale Vorspeisen,
frische Nudeln nach Tradition, gegrilltes Fleisch, Wild, Forellen, Kabeljau nach
Vicentiner Art, Presskopf aus Vicenza mit DOP-Prädikat, Vicentiner Reis, Asiago-Käse,
Gemüse aus der Region und hausgemachte Deserts. Dazu wird ein guter Wein aus Vicenza
gereicht.
